Terms & Conditions

The client agrees to appoint The Event Society to coordinate the following services and vendors:

  • Insurance Policies and Special Permits

  • Catering

  • Liquor and Mixology

  • Staffing    

  • Rentals and Bar Equipment

  • Dj Services

  • Flowers

FEES

The client acknowledges handling the following fees:

  • Administrative Fee 6%

  • Talent Gratuity 20%

  • Event Planning Fee

EVENT PLANNING FEE

The Event Planning Fee isn't negotiable. Includes:

  • Event Design

  • Bar Design

  • Contract Development and Negotiations

  • Planning Consultations

  • On-Site Logistics

  • Event Management and Execution

  • Beverage Management

  • Talent Selection and Training

  • Vendor Selection and Coordination

  • Pre-Post-Event Operations Duties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Event Society will not participate in events coordinated by other event firms, catering companies, or food and beverage consultants.

  • The client may accept this contract by signing a copy of the document and returning it with a non-refundable 50% deposit. payment. The remaining balance must be covered 48 hours before the event date.

  • Credit cards, and electronic transfers are accepted for all payments.

  • The credit card processors will add the merchant services fees to the final bill: AMEX 3.5% and VISA/MC 2.9% (more detailed information available upon request)

  • The client shall provide a final number of attendees 72 hours before the event day.

  • Final costs are subject to change pending the client's request.

  • We must get it in writing to cancel any event and send it to alejandro@bostonsocietyevents.com.

  • Our CEO will accept a cancellation request 72 hours before the event. If the cancellation is after the deadline, the client must pay the total amount of this contract.

  • The prices and specifications above are satisfactory and are accepted.

  • You are authorized to do the work as specified.
